AdressBook. We are present in all major retail stores in Switzerland. Our target customer
market is the SOHO-market. We are operating in the low end price sector, solutions less
then 1000.- Sfr end-user price.
The company
I.P.S GmbH was founded in 1989 as an individually-owned firm. It was converted into a
public limited company in the beginning of 1995. Our Branch Office in Santa Barbara I.P.S
Inc. was founded 1998.
The team
Our employees are trained to practices a lean management philosophy. Today it is essential
to handle the daily business as well as specific projects in the most efficient way

Since the beginning I.P.S is offering Software training for several Software Schools as
well as private training lessons. We are specialists for MS-DOS, Windows, Word for
Windows, Excel and Visual Basic. New we are offering Internet lessons as well as Home page
creation and support.
Customer Service
I.P.S is offering a free Hot-line for all customers. This service is reflecting our policy
in terms of quality and customer approach. It is one of the field research channels for
